Ingredients:
- 1 cup thick curd
 - 1 cup chilled water
 - Sugar to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - Optional:
- Gondhoraj lebu (a type of lemon) zest and juice
 - Cilantro leaves
 - Mint leaves
 
 
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the curd, water, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth.
 - Add the gondhoraj lebu zest and juice, if using. Blend again.
 - Pour the ghol into glasses and garnish with cilantro and mint leaves, if desired.
